The Palax D460 Pro+ firewood processor is a heavy-duty processor aimed for the professional contractors. The machine has a fully hydraulic joystick control system which results in an easy to operate user-friendly unit. You can adjust the cutting speed / sawbar pressure. You can control the discharge conveyor speed. The drop plate can be operated automatically or manually. There are ports for an external log deck such as the Midi deck or Mega deck. Hydraulic control the decks from the processor. Comes with a hydraulic log clamp.
The Palax D460 Pro+ machine has a powerful crosscut chainsaw with a 20" sawbar to process up to 18.1" diameter wood. The unit has an adjustable mechanical log length stopper. Wood-splitting begins automatically after the wood has been cut into lengths. The processor has a three-speed intelligent PowerSpeed splitting cylinder that automatically recognizes the required splitting force and speed therefore splitting small logs as quickly as possible and large logs with a power up to 18 tons. The splitting wedge has an hydraulic height adjustment. The unit has a 4.3 m / 14.1' long hydraulic swingable discharge conveyor on chains.
